Solid start for the rescue for HRT?

GoCar.gr can reveal that a rescue plan for HRT is in well advanced stage at this point. As the team mentioned in the press release in their website “The current owners of HRT Formula 1 Team, TC II S.a.rl., would like to confirm that they are currently in talks with a number of groups interested in buying the team.”

 

Although the link of Ma Qing Hua to the China market could have brought up to 30m Euros to the team in 2013, as Spanish media suggest, all is pointing to the direction that the issue is far more complicated than this, and not in favor of the team. The asking price for the team is set to 40m Euros according to the same reports.

 

Sources close to the situation reveal that Bernie Ecclestone is in talks with a Spanish Businessman to keep the operation running in the Spanish capital of Madrid and to build a solid future. The time is running out, but looks like that this attempt is more serious than anything else.
